As part of a team, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of service to existing clients. Duties might range:-

• Acting as lead point of contact by phone and email for key clients, to handle queries, provide advice on products and organise orders.
• Conducting yearly and ad hoc customer contract reviews via video-call and in-person meetings.
• Producing reports for customer meetings.
• Generating bespoke quotes.
• Placing orders with suppliers.
• And much more!
