Have you had previous experience with financial advisory / planning processes – such as as a paraplanner, advisor, support manager, practice/office manager or in compliance?

Rare opportunity to the local market!  Any transferrable experience will be considered; you will ideally bring experience / knowledge of the advising process, and should have DipFA level 4 minimum qualification.

 

Super role – playing a crucial part in the running of day-to-day operations across the financial advisory practice, and developments to company procedures!  Great chance for impact.

 

Day-to-day, you will be a go-to for :-

  • Operational support across advice processes such as client onboarding, preparing documents such as suitability reports, organising yearly / adhoc reviews
  • Researching and implementing best practice across the company
  • Handling queries from employees and end clients
  • File auditing
  • Process mapping and identifying areas for improvement
  • Identifying and implementing training requirements to staff across the company
  • Researching regulatory changes and supporting the Compliance Manager with change roll-outs
  • Producing reports for Directors.

 

Mon-Fri 9-5
