Working as part of a busy & fun team environment, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of service to existing customers. With full training provided, your duties might include:-

• Handling enquiries from customers related to products;
• Booking and managing diaries for customer appointments;
• Generated bespoke quotations and creating orders;
• Liaising between sales and delivery teams;
• Liaising with suppliers to agree costings, place orders and organise deliveries;
• Issuing invoices and completing documents;
• Maintaining regular contact with customers for updates, feedback and to process upgrades;
• Processing reports such as expenses.

Salary £24-27,000
