Joining a thriving, industry-leading Tunbridge Wells company, you will work with and learn from established industry professionals, as part of a busy customer facing Sales and Account Management team.

 

Taking on a busy and varied day-to-day role, your goal will be to build and manage outstanding client relationships with new and existing contacts, earning bonus and commission from day one! Duties might range:-

 

  • Market research – identifying prospective clients through online research, referrals and recommendation
  • Handling new client enquiries by phone and email, identifying needs and providing recommendations on services
  • Business development – proactive contact to new clients by phone, email, meetings and events  
  • Developing and producing content for proposals and client demos / pitches
  • Negotiating and agreeing contracts and providing ongoing account management for upgrades and renewals
  • Developing content for digital marketing channels – website and social media, to build brand profile
