The role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of a team of administrators, ensuring all departmental KPIs are achieved. You’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, maintaining high standards, and supporting your team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of administrators to achieve targets and maintain service excellence.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Monitor and report on performance against KPIs.
Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities for team members.
Identify and implement process improvements.

About you:
Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role within an administrative environment.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive, results-driven approach.
