Brand-new role, as a result of business expansion, joining a thriving team based from offices in the heart of Tunbridge Wells.

You will be part of an established company, who have multiple industry awards and a culture of training and development.
Day-to-day, with ongoing training provided, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes- with scope to earn bonus from day one.

You will generate and manage client and candidate relationships, and take ownership of delivering high quality recruitment services, under the direction and support of high-performing industry professionals.

Monday – Friday 8.30-5 – work-life balance opportunity

£26,000 Base + uncapped bonus - £35-45,000+ OTE Year 1 £45-50,000+ OTE Y2
