This is a permanent vacancy, joining an exceptional employer – with an outstanding reputation for their commercial sites.

Day-to-day, you will lead the delivery of projects, both new build and refurb, through all stages. Duties might range:-

• Producing and submitting concept designs using AutoCAD and Revit;
• Preparing planning applications, and driving through to completion;
• Technical design and detailed drawings;
• Occasional site visits to support architectural processes;
• Reviewing and signing off design and technical files, ensuring adherence to building regulations;
• Organising all related documentation for projects;
• Managing a small team- workload allocation; goal-setting; training and development;
• Liaising with external partners through construction phases.

Great opportunity for someone who enjoys technical drawing, design, creativity and having the opportunity to input to strategy and oversaw project outcomes.

Salary up to £47,000

Mon-Fri full time permanent position
