This position could suit someone new to the recruitment industry with transferrable skills, such as from sales, account management, customer services or similar experiences; or equally someone who currently or previously has worked in recruitment seeking a new challenge.

This is a newly-created vacancy joining a flourishing recruitment company at their Tunbridge Wells offices.

Established >25 years and with a proven track record of recruiting, training and developing staff to Director level, this will make a brilliant opportunity for someone seeking a long term career.

Day-to-day you will join a busy team environment, working alongside experienced staff to manage end to end recruitment processes. There is opportunity to earn bonus from day one; and each day, you will be able to use a diverse skillset to achieve objectives – sales, account management, marketing, customer service, administration and more!

up to £28,000 + uncapped bonus = £40,000 OTE Year 1; £45-50,000 Year 2
