3D Visualisations Designer

This is a newly-created role, for someone to lead 3D design projects, encompassing: conceptual design, technical drawing and 3D visualisations- bringing design ideas and briefs to life in photorealistic quality.

Day to day, you will be involved with:

• Client and internal project briefings
• Design ideas and direction, producing sketches, concept designs and technical plans
• Creation of design files using Vectorworks, Cinema4D and Adobe Creative Suite; such as, floor plans/layout diagrams, elevations, exploded diagrams, models, technical drawings, build documents, 2D and 3D renders and 3D visualisations
• Progress reporting and managing project timelines internally
• Allocating work to others in design team
• Final submissions and sign off

Salary with experience up to £50-60,000
