Account Executive Needed by an Established and Successful Brokerage in Tunbridge Wells

Great permanent career role for someone to join an esteemed industry specialist, who will provide freedom, guidance, support and excellent market access

Seeking to recruit at a senior level, in this role you will play a key part in a small, growing team

Your role will be to drive growth across the book of business, focused on commercial / corporate insurances, leveraging an existing network, proactive strategies and techniques.

Day-to-day, you will have opportunity to apply your own strategies and approach, with access to support and guidance from a highly established Tunbridge Wells team.

This will include:

• Face-to-face, video, phone and email client interfacing, including attending client meetings and industry events.
• Understanding client needs, assessing risks, requirements and recommendations, and developing tailored insurance solutions
• Working on delegated authorities and liaising directly with insurers across a full commercial lines portfolio
• Providing advice and presenting information to clients on coverage and appropriate premiums
• Conducting reviews with clients, identifying areas for improvement or new needs
• Providing clients with solutions to meet their business needs
• Developing presentations
• Liaising with Account Handlers for renewals and adjustments

£50-60,000 based on experience + commission
