Brand new permanent vacancy, within which you will work with and learn from high-performing industry professionals, as part of an award-winning service supply company.

 

Full ongoing training and clear career progression opportunity

 

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the generation, conversion and development of sales for the company, working with new, existing and previous clients (B2B) with the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses on top of your base salary.

Duties:-

  • Building relationships with new clients through proactive telephone and email outreach
  • Conducting consultations to identify customer needs and pitch service agreements
  • Negotiating and closing sales agreements
  • Providing after sales care and ongoing account management as a key point of contact
  • Developing client relationships through review meetings and regular contact
  • Producing sales and marketing content such as client presentations, proposals and other collateral
  • Assisting to develop sales strategies and plans, producing reports and reviews with the Sales Director and team.

Mon-Fri 9-5 – could be a great chance to move away from weekend working, or unreliable schedules

 

Salary with experience £25-27,000 + uncapped bonus (OTE £35,000 Year 1; £50,000 Year 2; …)

 

Central Tunbridge Wells offices – accessible easily by train bus and car
