Brand new role joining a leading international company, with award-winning luxury products sold B2B and B2C
As part of a small, growing team, you will take on a key role in the growing, developing and managing relationships with clients.
Duties might range:-
- Relationship building and development with current and lapsed client accounts, organising meetings such as reviews and consultations. Assisting with account renewals and contract negotiation.
- Receiving customer enquiries and referrals.
- Conducting video meetings with clients, establishing current/upcoming needs and pitching bespoke solutions.
- CRM management, using system to create and manage client records, prioritise opportunities and develop a pipeline of relationship management opportunities.
- Receiving order enquiries, providing bespoke quotations and liaising with internal teams to organise administration.
- Assisting with email and social media marketing campaigns such as client feedback analysis.
- Organising site visits and researching and booking events attendances for the company.
