You will be part of a highly-established company, who have a 25+ year history, and are involved with impressive international projects

This is a newly created permanent vacancy, designed as a great move for someone who will enjoy involvement with the smooth running of the company’s finance and operations.
You will play a key part in a small team responsible for all areas of business operations from finance to project planning/support.

Day-to-day, reporting into an Operations Manager, your role will encompass:-
• Managing email and telephone enquiries
• Company expenses administration – booking travel, accommodation and signing off expenses
• Invoicing and bank reconciliations
• Producing reports
• Liaising with and placing orders from suppliers
• Ad hoc involvement across the business, such as supporting company events and administrative support to the sales team.

Great opportunity for someone who will enjoy a varied role using their numeracy/financial, organisational, attention to detail and interpersonal skills


For success with this position, you will ideally bring 1+ year experience in an office environment. Any exposure to using Microsoft Excel, SAGE, Quickbooks or similar professionally will be beneficial.
