Day-to-day, following full training, you will become part of a team environment, with responsibility for delivering superb experiences throughout the customer journey.

You will be involved with :-

• Telephone and email query handling, receiving, logging and following up / resolving queries
• Providing advice based on customer profiles, and putting together quotes
• Organising trips and placing orders
• Administration including payment processing, creating and proofing documents
• Liaising with suppliers/providers by phone and email
• And much more!

This is a busy customer-focused role that would suit someone with a passion for people, and an interest in the travel field.
