From day one, you will receive hands-on training covering sales, client management, relationship building and commercial negotiation, giving you the skills to progress quickly within a highly rewarding industry.
Your role will include:
- Building relationships with new and existing business clients
- Learning how to generate new business opportunities
- Managing and developing customer accounts
- Working towards revenue and performance targets
- Delivering a high level of customer service
- Supporting clients throughout the sales process
- Working closely with a successful and experienced team

What is on offer:
- Basic salary up to £25,000
- Uncapped bonus from day one
- Realistic OTE:
- Year 1: £35,000+
- Year 2: £45,000 - £50,000
- Year 3: £60,000 - £70,000+
- Structured training and development programme
- Clear progression pathway to management and Director level
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
- No weekend working
