Key Responsibilities

• Managing a broad range of commercial property transactions, including leases, lease assignments, and renewals (offices, retail units, restaurants, and similar premises)
• Handling some residential lease renewals
• Dealing with non-standard freehold matters, including farmland and woodland
• Taking responsibility for organising and supervising support staff where appropriate
• Delivering a consistently high standard of service to both new and existing clients
• Playing an active role in a varied and high-quality caseload

About You

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience or a strong focus in commercial property law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with a practical and thoughtful approach
• Professional, personable, and easy to work with
