Exciting Opportunity: Private Client Legal Secretary
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Private Client Legal Secretary to join a nationally recognised practice known for its outstanding client service and expertise across multiple legal disciplines.
Based in excellent office facilities in Eastbourne , this role offers the opportunity to become an integral part of a well-established Private Client team, supporting fee earners on a varied and rewarding caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, including:
- Assisting fee earners with the preparation and drafting of legal documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and handling client enquiries and incoming post
- Opening, maintaining, and closing client files accurately and efficiently
- Supporting work across Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, and Trusts matters
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Private Client department
Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills within a supportive and professional environment.
