Operations Administrator, Sidcup £23,000 - £27,000 DOE

Are you an organised, customer-focused professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dedicated Operations Administrator to join our clients’ dynamic team.  This role is integral to ensuring the smooth delivery of services and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, engineers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Manage queries from start to finish, liaising daily with clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely responses to queries in line with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate engineers’ diaries and schedule planned works.
  • Arrange and manage bookings for sub-contractors.
  • Monitor contractor and engineer performance, providing regular updates to all relevant parties.
  • Handle invoicing tasks, including raising and signing off purchase orders.
  • Raise work orders and assign them to operatives efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with contractor managers, operatives, and supervisors.
  • Produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in administration, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with managing schedules, invoices, and contractor relationships.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining compliance.
