In this role, you will join a busy and growing team environment – working closely with a Senior Solicitor to manage the successful progression of a mixed caseload of Property Finance matters; gaining valuable experience and exposure.

Day-to-day, you will be involved with :

• Opening and setting up new files
• Undertaking KYC, AML and related compliance checks
• Conducting legal research such as searches
• Reviewing leases, registers and other documents
• Preparing transaction documents such as deeds,
• Liaising with clients and third parties under supervision
• Submissions to land registry etc
• Coordinating the closing process
• Providing general administrative support and updating internal/external systems
• Liaising with clients and third parties under supervision

For success with this role, you should ideally have experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, in a transferrable area of law such as property or finance.
