As part of a small, growing team you will play a key role in the development of relationships with new and existing customers, taking a consultative approach to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer needs are best fulfilled.

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for :-

• Acting as the key point of contact for a portfolio of existing customers
• Receiving, qualifying and converting new sales enquiries
• Developing bespoke proposals and quotes based on customer needs
• Conducting video and office-based meetings with clients such as account reviews
• Proactively upselling and cross selling where possible
• Outreach to new, target and lapsed customers by phone and email
• Maintaining accurate records and using the CRM

Great opportunity to take on a consultative sales account management role, with scope to learn, grow and develop in the company.

£25-30,000 + uncapped commission - £45-50,000 OTE
