Day-to-day, you will be responsible for assisting the smooth and efficient running of company accounting processes. Duties might include:-

• Posting sale and purchase transactions
• Calculating, processing and allocating invoices
• Processing payments using BACS and CHAPS
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Expenses administration
• Handling accounts queries from internal teams and externally from customers and suppliers
• Producing reports both ad hoc and at month end

Starting salary - £26,000 pa

Monday – Friday 37.5 hrs
