About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join a well-established manufacturing company based in rural Tonbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career within the manufacturing industry, with full training and ongoing support provided.

Working as part of the manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, accurately weighing and preparing materials, packing finished products, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the production area. You will play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Weighing up materials, ensuring accuracy
• Operating machinery, within the manufacturing process
• Packing products, and labelling by hand
• Ensuring cleanliness of your working area

Requirements

• Bright and driven individual
• Strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail and eager to learn
• Follow instructions accurately
• Be comfortable with early shift starts (7:30am)
• Your own transport to get to and from the site
