This is a chance to join an established and expanding Tunbridge Wells company, looking to refresh, build and grow their online presence; as they continue to expand the business.

Your role will be to build the company’s brand, audience and reach online – working directly with the Directors on briefs for individual projects and campaigns; with plenty of scope to bring and implement ideas and have real impact!

Day-to-day, you will be in a hands-on role, covering all areas of content design and execution. Duties might range:-

• Developing marketing plans and briefs, such as objectives, channels, and messaging
• Content creation and management – designing graphics, copy writing, photo and video
• Brand management- Build and manage a content library, guidelines and associated documents
• Website design and ongoing management – using existing CMS or implementing a new system
• Social media management – linkedin, facebook, Instagram, tiktok
• Implementing marketing systems such as templates, reviewing software/AI opportunities
• Ad hoc projects with other teams such as creating presentations

This is a flexible role – open to full or part time hours – that would suit someone with good digital skills, who has a passion for creating impactful written and verbal communication
