We’re recruiting for an established and growing UK manufacturer specialising in innovative dental materials used by healthcare professionals worldwide. With a strong international reputation and 40 years of experience in the field, this is the ideal environment for someone in their early-career to flourish.

Playing a crucial part in the company, you will be working across quality inspections, production checks, packaging and labelling verification, and technical documentation. Someone who enjoys accuracy, problem-solving and ensuring high standards would thrive in this role!

This role is located fully on-site, which is in a beautiful rural area and near the local train station.

Driving to this location is advised, and there will be free parking for you!

What you’ll be doing:

- Inspecting and assessing packaging components against technical

- Maintaining artwork files, physical reference samples and supporting documentation

- Conducting quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process

- Reviewing and approving internal and external artwork for packaging and labelling

- Checking customer orders before packing and dispatch

- Recording test results accurately and reporting non-conformances or abnormalities

- Supporting investigations into quality deviations and contributing to corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

- Maintaining laboratory equipment and Quality Control areas in line with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)

- Supporting retained sample and quarantine stores

- Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality queries

What we’re looking for:

- Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of A-level standard education, preferably within a science subject, or equivalent relevant experience

- Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or Quality Control environment would be an advantage, but training will be provided

- Excellent attention to detail

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Confidence using systems such as Word, Excel, SharePoint or similar

- An understanding of GLP, GDP, GMP, non-conformance and CAPA principles

- A proactive, organised, and quality-focused approach
