In this role, day to day, you will form part of a team responsible for design, implementing and supporting the construction phases of projects (commercial and residential)

Responsibilities :

• Receiving & reviewing concepts, applications and documents and producing technical designs and drawings
• Using software such as AutoCAD and REVIT
• Conducting site visits to assess projects and liaise with the clients
• Working on small-scale and large-scale residential + commercial projects
• Developing final proposals and coordinating with engineers, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution

Ideal opportunity to combine your technical drawing skills, creativity / design ideas, attention to detail and work with Revit.

Mon-Fri 37,5 hrs

Hybrid working

Fabulous office environment – with parking on site

Salary with experience £35-42k

An ideal candidate for this role would have AutoCAD or Revit experience; and have skills in detailed and technical architectural design.

Residential or commercial experience considered

Applicants must be based within reasonable commute to Crowborough.
