We're recruiting for an established international business in Westerham looking for a bright, analytical and enthusiastic Trainee Data Analyst to join their team.

You'll be working with real business data from day one - collecting information across areas such as sales and pricing, turning it into clear reports, and presenting your findings to senior management to help improve business performance.

This isn't a role where you'll sit on the sidelines. You'll be trusted with meaningful work, given full training and supported as you build your confidence and analytical skills.

What you'll be doing:

- Collecting and organising data from across the business

- Analysing information relating to sales, pricing and wider business activity

- Creating clear, accurate reports

- Presenting findings to management

- Helping identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement

- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc analysis

- Assisting the customer service team when required

- Working to deadlines and ensuring information is accurate and well presented

What we're looking for:

- Bright, curious and enthusiastic about in getting into Data Analysis

- Confident working with numbers

- Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail

- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reports

- Able to think critically and ask sensible questions

- Organised and able to work to deadlines

- Confident communicating findings clearly

- Keen to learn and develop a long-term career in Data Analysis

A strong educational background is important, ideally with an IT, Maths, Business, Economics, Data or analytical focus, but practical ability and attitude matter just as much.

This could suit a university, sixth form, or college leaver looking to gain hands-on commercial experience and build a career in data.
