We're recruiting for an established and growing manufacturing business in Tonbridge looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Manufacturing Operative to join their team.

Whether you already have manufacturing experience or simply enjoy practical, hands-on work, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn, develop and build a long-term career. Full training is provided, so the right attitude and willingness to learn are what really matter!

What will you be doing?

• Learning a variety of manufacturing and production processes.

• Producing high-quality products with care and attention to detail.

• Working alongside a friendly, experienced team.

• Helping keep production running smoothly.

• Following safe working procedures.

• Keeping your workspace clean and organised.

• Using your practical skills to overcome everyday challenges.

The shifts – and here's the good news!

You'll rotate between two shifts:

• 6am – 2pm

• 2pm – 10pm

NO WEEKENDS!

Previous manufacturing experience would be useful, but isn't essential as full training is provided.

Important: A full driving licence and access to your own car are essential due to the location and shift times. You'll also need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of Tonbridge.
