An outstanding property management company with business coming in thick and fast needs an extra pair of hands. One of their newest clients needs a Property Manager to assist in the efficient running and development of the department within their new site.

This role combines private property management and corporate private rental management, so providing excellent customer service is the priority.

By acting as the main point of contact for the client, you will be able to attend corporate client meetings to discuss lettings strategies and present reports, voids, budgets and anything else of interest.

Of course, you will be coordinating the lettings process, visiting the properties / units, whilst effectively handling queries and organising sub-contractor maintenance and overseeing works where necessary.

A successful candidate will have experience within residential lettings or asset management, whilst having a high level of enthusiasm and drive for self-development and making a positive impact.

Salary starts at £27,000 + £3,000 guaranteed bonus + benefits. Higher salaries can always be discussed depending on experience.
