With opportunity to join in either a 180 or 360 position, duties can vary but may include:

-          Sourcing candidates through multiple channels

-          Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates

-          Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from role briefing to offer and placement

-          Building and maintaining long-term talent pipelines

-          Outsourcing new clients and maintaining long term and established relationships

-          Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications

What we are looking for…

A successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate strong communication and relationship building skills and 2+ years of exposure to a recruitment-based position.
